Is it possible to copyright a short sentence?

I'm thinking of the copyright on "Remember Palm Beach".

T-shirts, bumper stickers, somebody will get all that money.

That sounds more like a trademark issue, not a copyright. You can trademark as little as a single word.

If the word is already in common use, though, it's more difficult to claim it as a trademark.

(Unless you're Microsoft. Then you can register words like, "Windows" and "Bookshelf." [g])

I just checked, someone has already picked up the domain name www.rememberpalmbeach.com

Paul,

Is there any way the public will be able to view the old GNIABFI forum again?

Probably not, strictly speaking. However, the DATA has been saved, and is on a CD with a lot of other stuff from last year. Sort of a searchable reference.

I get in a mood to put it all up some days, and then I doubt it would be worth the trouble.
