LONDON Eurostar said power problems in Kent had forced cancellations and delays on some of its train services between Britain and France on Tuesday morning.

Connex trains were also affected by the outage, which followed frosty weather overnight, according to Railtrack, the operator of the rail network.Railtrack said it appeared the problem was caused by ice on the so-called third rail, which carries the electrical power supply.
