I have ATI ALL-IN-WONDER RADEON 32MB, AMD 400mhz (upgrading) and ultra DMA 33. I captured the movie and everything, but i can't get it to look good, pls help! I am using TMPGENC to encode to make nero accpet the mpeg.

I am having HP CD WRITER 9100 model, RT 5 Card for VHS to VCD at present I am using Winoncd. Can I use Videopack if yes how? It is not supported for my writer.
