Patty, there is nothing that is safe to use in cats, at least over the counter. Tylenol, aspirin, ibuprofen, are all highly toxic to cats. But fresh aloe vera juice, applied 3-4 times a day, will greatly relieve the pain, and won't hurt her if she licks it off. Annie in SE OH.

Patty, If you have some castation liniment, it may help, however you will need to bandage it to keep the kitty from cleaning it.

I recently had something (rather suspect a racoon), take a bite out of my dogs ear, and I washed it with Colloidal Silver and put Neosporin on it as it was very painful, and Neo. has some type of analgesic in it which does help painful wounds on animals.
