How can i find the "colections" of his stories or books of his stories, but NOT poetry?

Julie, Any major chain book store worth it's salt will have a copy of his complete works in a cheap hardback (maybe $10.00). Along with it, you could probably find a reprint of the original Tales of Mystery and Imagination but that won't contain even half of all his short fiction. Complete works is your best bet and just ignore the poetry. Good Luck. Tim
