Randell says NUS deals with about 1500 companies
in SA and is finding an increasing number of
problems with billing by utilities and municipalities.

The errors range from being billed for services
which have not been used, discrepancies in billing
information, and the absence of information which
would allow organisations to check their bills.
"This does not just apply to companies. We are
finding it in schools, universities, hospitals and
other such entities," Randell says.
