Weak link: Alan Shearer completed only 19 of 38 passes, and his only attempt was not on target.

The Edge: The match was spoiled by poor crossing - Leicester completed only 4 of 15 crosses, and Newcastle 4 of 17.

Nobby's abscence would contribute to that poor crossing stat, but for us to only complete 4 out of 17 crosses, a supply that Shearer should thrive on, something is going wrong. Great Leicester defence, poor attacking of the ball or weak crossing? Must do better!
