A new job. No, really. I love the work I do in my current job, but the hours and the stress are driving me slowly insane. I want a job where I'm close to home, where I can actually work at my desk instead of just swinging by late at night to pick up my mail, where they can't send me off to another state or another country at (I am not kidding) an hour's notice, where my sole worth is not based on whether I am billable or not, where I am not penalized for taking vacation, where I can finally have a life.

It's just a little thing. Really it is. Is it so much to ask for?
