When I get done baking bread there is holes in it??????

Are the holes on the crust or in the crumb? Are they holes or tears? I ask this because, if they are on the crust and you do not stipple your bread after the final proof, then the bread is just bursting to release the carbon dioxide. "Holes" are expected on the crumb, that just means you have a loose crumb. If the holes are shiney, that is the sugar acting( ie. ciabatta bread). Hope this helps you.
