I have successful made VCDs via Dazzle*. They are of impressive picture and sound quality. Although I keep getting a dot crawl at the top of the screen. Is there some kind of software that will crop the top of the MPEG so I can make perfect VCD's? I know I can crop still frames but have not had good luck with the video.
