I'm not so sure that this is a good idea for Pedro. If he saves them then he gets a million quid or whatever. But can he save them?

the chances don't look good, I think he'll take them down and get the boot. A bit of a John Barnes scenario. He's taken on too big a job for his first management job if you ask me and it could ruin his managerial career, before it even starts.
