I got one SVCD disk. I can read any files except mpeg2\AVSEQ01.MPG in the disk. Is this file under protection? When I tried to copy the file to my hard disk. The message "Can not copy AVSEQ01:MS-DOS function failed" is popped up. Could any body give any info.? Thanks.

Answers

Can you play this SVCD disc in a DVD player (which supports SVCD format) ? If yes, then probably the disc itself has been injected with a read error to prevent copying. The DVD player ignores the error and go on playing always (a small error won't show up on the screen).
