Support for players

I can't help thinking that we could do with supporting all our players, not just Shearer and Lee. I mean, I know Gary Speed isn't universally liked on here but the absolute indifference that greets him can't help. Hate to say it, but the Mancs and Makems have a song for a player before they've been at the club for a week. The last great player-related song I can remember was "Que Saha, Saha". Any thoughts?

Before we start writing little songs we need an area of St James' to sing them in. I propose we write to Mr Cushing and sugest that the block of seats that cost a grand each in the centre of the leazers is relocated next year to the unocupied Milburn posh area. They could stagger the prices from !300 in the centre, 1000 slighty further out and 700 at the edgges.

That would give a good 700 /800 seats in the centre of the stand that could be sold at the old price to fans who prommised to sing. The expensive bar next to it could become a club for anyone in the leazers to join for say a couple of hundred extra per season.

I always thought the singing section consisted of the four stands at St James Park.
