hi currently i'm creating vcds by capturing video as avi and then compress to mpeg1.can optibase moviemaker capture driectly to mpeg1 with no pixelation and good quality?

I am using optibase moviemaker infact this encoder board is best in the world for VCD. I used software encoders and hardware encoders of all kind but optibase moviemaker is the best.
