Zanzibar Elections Reveal Schism

LONDON (Reuters) - Brunettes have overtaken blondes in the beauty stakes. The top four women in a survey conducted by Beautiko, a beauty products manufacturer, have dark flowing hair and only three blondes made it into the top ten.

Andrea Corr, from Irish pop group The Corrs, topped the list, followed by actress Catherine Zeta Jones. Only three blondes -- Joanna Lumley, Gwyneth Paltrow and model Caprice -- made the top 10.

Beautiko asked 3,000 people across Britain for their opinions as to the world's most beautiful women.

Writer and TV cook Nigella Lawson was voted number three and actress and model Liz Hurley came in fourth. They were followed by Joanna Lumley, Sophia Loren, Carol Vorderman, Gwyneth Paltrow, Caprice, Isabella Rosellini.

Julia Roberts came in at 11th place, followed by Cindy Crawford, Claudia Schiffer, Jennifer Aniston, Nicole Kidman, Pamela Anderson, Raquel Welch, Madonna, Michelle Pfeiffer and Melinda Messenger.
