PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE can anyone tell me where i can get some software that records straight to avi, i got a video capute program with my card, but it's got the 2 gb limit or summink, and i need something free that'll record more, like virtual dub, but it doesn't work with my TVPC, or does anyone know how to make it work with that card????

AVI_IO is not free. Try Virtualdub instead. Haven't got the link handy, but it is easy to find.

Oops.. you said virtualdub can't work with the card. Is it a tuner card? Too bad then. I don't think AVI_IO works for it either though.

i use Vdub with a tuner card - a wintv go. any windows capture device should work. whats the problem your having with vdub and your card?
