" If you woke up this morning with more health than illness, you are more blessed than the millions who will not survive the week.If you have food in the refrigerator, clothes on your back, a roof over your head, and a place to sleep, you are richer than 75% of the world.
If you have money in the bank or in your wallet, you are among the top 8% of the world's wealthy.
If you hold up your head with a smile on your face and are truly thankful, you are blessed, because the majority can, but most do not."

In my household, we already know we're stinkin' rich. I tell my wife so a couple times a week. Another favorite is to look at one another and pronounce the words, "Life is good." These have become traditions with us.

FutureShock :Well put. My pension was fully funded this year and I am only 50. I can retire now at 80 % of my salary. Very interesting. If everyone does this, the institutional memory will be gone and we will become a 3rd world country. My experience, youth is wasted on the young but wisdom is not even on their radar screen.

Treachery? On another thread you just told me how perfect you are since you quit drinking! See, there's that lying again! It never stops.

FutureShock, I see the author is not known, but what is the source of your info? The subject question can not very well be answered until it is determined whether these are facts or speculations.
