Hey, a vote's a vote. (But that fish guy seems altogether a little too interested in Dubya, knowwhatImean?)

Maybe it's the chemo talking, but I can't help but think of the following caption for that photo:

Bush, mentally exhausted from the campaign trail, was arrested for "fish whacking" a potential voter.

Come on, doesn't it look like he's tempted to whack that guy upside the head?

Whatever. Just as long as that fish is QUIET. There are too damn many singing fish around here these days. The latest thing is a burping catfish. I'm sure it'll sell as well as the Pet Rocks did.

Maybe he just needed something to wrap inside the latest rumors coming out of the Gore camp.

I think he was just looking for a weapon should Gore "charge" him in any future debates or encounters....

Or maybe he wanted to offer it to Gore supporters who believe that we need to give them a fish "so they can eat for a day" as opposed to learning how to fish "so they can eat for a lifetime".

Or maybe it just looked like Gore and he wanted to have a private tete a tete with the boy. The dead fishy eyes were what confused him.

Or maybe it was all those fish stories that Gore concocted that he was just trying to get a handle on.

Here is what the fish guy is thinking...

"This guy is out of his fricking gourd, but he's so dumb he's kinda cute. As soon as he finishes talking to that fish, I'm gonna bend him over and show him a classic Pacific Northwest log jam."
