Response #4 will be about Rwanda. A truly awful story. No matter what my manner is in relating it, I doubt if it would bring a smile to John Dewey's face.

The purpose of this Response #3 is to let you know that I am not an automatic Clinton hater. There are many cases where he has been dead right and the majority of Republicans, opposing him have been dead wrong. Examples are the bailout of the Mexican peso (the Mexicans paid it all back, and ahead of time) and finally standing up to Milosevifch, which I think we absolutely had to do.
