I'd like to say a big Thankyou to all those who attended last nights inaugural local area meeting for Bankstown / St. George and a special Thankyou to Catherine Tiney for her coming all the way from Bondi to attend.

I believe this area has some 43 members and we managed to gather 10 of which together. As we all found out, there is a wealth of experience and knowledge amongst our members and the willingness to share this was more than evident.

The range of expertise varied from Sports Trainers to Respite Care to Occupational Therapy all with the one objective of quality health care. I consider last night a great success as did I'm sure those who attended.

So those areas which as yet have not organized their regional meeting I highly recommend you do, as I found out last night one of the members attending lives in the same street as me. (Small World).

Give it a go: You will be pleasantly enlightened. See you all at the next one!
