Away days

greenspun.com : LUSENET : Unofficial Newcastle United Football Club BBS : One Thread

I don't know whether anyone else has felt that away days are getting just a little hairy again? This season, I have seen nastiness in varying scales at Coventry, Southampton and West Ham. That's without the real trouble at Maine Road. This is after years of seeing nothing bordering on trouble except at England games. I read the NCIS report on trouble last season (NUFC and Soton the only clubs that avoided serious bother, possibly by good luck rather than good management) and some of it would curl your hair. The only comfort was that this seemed to be away from grounds.
