I would like to know if there is any one who is knowledgeable about testing MPEG2 transport over ATM with Variable beat rates. I need to find out how to measure ATM signal: packets, arrival times and transmission times. If any of you know the product or place that tests MPEG2, please contact me. Your help will be most appreciated.
