I am gathering information on the cost of a polydactyl cat, which is black with the extra toes in front and in back and a "bobcat" tail.

Price depends on the breed of cat, if it is registered, its pedigree, whether it is show or pet quality, etc. Number of toes has little to do with it unless the breed standard calls for a particular number of toes---then if it has too many it may not be shown and usually should not be bred.
