SUNDAY OCTOBER 22 2000 Three hurt in Dundee blast Three people have been seriously injured after a house was destroyed today by a suspected gas explosion.

A further three people suffered less serious injuries when the house in Linefield Street, in the Mid Craigie area of Dundee, collapsed shortly before 0900 BST.

The Scottish Ambulance Service said that the three seriously injured people had been taken to the citys Ninewells Hospital.

The two-storey terraced house was believed to have collapsed about three minutes after the explosion.
