AIMS glitches just keep arising for schools, state

By LOUISE KONIARSKI and GAIL KENNY The Daily Courier PRESCOTT Tri-city educators are shaking their heads over the latest series of AIMS glitches that sent more than 1,000 student scores from high schools around Yavapai County to the wrong place and shorted them on next Tuesdays writing re-test forms.

Its just craziness, said Linda Ryan, Prescott Unified School Districts curriculum and testing coordinator, Thursday. We had all of the other districts 10th-grade individual results (for math, reading and writing) in our possession last week, and those kids needed their scores.
