Hi Jay! Boooo on car expenses. Just another reason for a win today!! Give you something to smile about. :-)

-- Anonymous, October 21, 2000

Everyone's checking in now..hi all! Gazza was apparently going around with a video camera and chatting with Bobby before the game. Bobby was saying he looks fitter than he's ever been.

-- Anonymous, October 21, 2000

Its quite mild here today.

ITK you going to the West Ham Game?

-- Anonymous, October 21, 2000

Morning all, loks like a nice day in Calgary...Apologies for being late...Howay the Lads!!!

-- Anonymous, October 21, 2000

Nah doesn't look like it.....the kids are on half term this week and we are off to Alton Towers for a couple of days that back down here for a trip onto the London Eye and the Dome before they go back to school so I don't think I'll be able to squeeze in the game. hocklethwatspit!

My cousin was on the phone this morning offering me a ticket.......so I had to say no, if it suddenly turns out I can go....I'll head over there and see what I can pick up on the day......I am going to Leicester on 11/11 though.

;0)

-- Anonymous, October 21, 2000

I am in London next week end I might get to the game. I am also going to the Leicester game. Staying at Kats house

-- Anonymous, October 21, 2000

All sounds pretty much back and forward without much incision....

-- Anonymous, October 21, 2000

And nobody on the left..again. "Rob Lee looks instincitively to the left and finding no one there..." argh

-- Anonymous, October 21, 2000

Oh boy. Barton already off, Gallacher on. Any guesses as to what kind of formation we're playing now? ;-)

-- Anonymous, October 21, 2000

Ahhhhh Barton off Nobby playing left back

-- Anonymous, October 21, 2000

Gallacher on-Barton off..whats that

-- Anonymous, October 21, 2000

Barton off.......Gallacher on.......It was ALWAY a danger that Wozza was coming back to bliddy quick......How much on not seeing him again this side of Christmas........DON'T SELL CHARVET.....

-- Anonymous, October 21, 2000

It was either Gallacher on and have a re-shuffle or Caldwell(?) - a tadge too inexperienced so early in the game......

-- Anonymous, October 21, 2000

That's why I was surprised to hear Barton starting. Didn't think he was ready yet. Griffin now suffering a thigh strain. while i can understand the financial sense of selling Charvet now, there doesn't seem much playing sense considering we've got no one healthy for the position.

-- Anonymous, October 21, 2000

It would make sense to move Dyer over to the right and put Gallacher on the left where he's tended to play well in the past.

-- Anonymous, October 21, 2000

Howway lads......get that final ball in there properly....Dyer pretty close just there.......settle it!

-- Anonymous, October 21, 2000

ooooo! I hope this isn't one of those games where we can't score no matter how long we play. A couple of chances and we aren't burying them.

-- Anonymous, October 21, 2000

The crowd seem pretty animated but as Ciara say's we are creating chances but not putting them away.......Hightlights of the first half, two close in headers over the top from Shearer, one from Dyer, Barton injured again and Ball should have been sent off for going through the back of Gallacher.

I may be back in the second half....I might just take the dog for a walk!

HOWAY LADS... get after them.

-- Anonymous, October 21, 2000

Bugger bugger bugger. I've bought total goals in todays match on a spread of 2.3-2.8 at #20 a goal. Those of you who know about these things will know that means if it stays the way it is, I lose #56. Shite.

Should've followed my own edict about not betting on my own team...

Hasselbaink's got a hattrick, btw.

-- Anonymous, October 21, 2000

Come on then - time for a goal!! Everybody focus!!!! HOWAY THE LADS!!!(:o)

-- Anonymous, October 21, 2000

Agree...where's Min to start the singing? That usually works. We need something fast. Everton just about scored.

And Chelsea 6-0 Coventry! Pearce scored for WHam but they're still losing

-- Anonymous, October 21, 2000

WE ARE THE GEORDIES

-- Anonymous, October 21, 2000

Looks like they came for a point...looks like they,re going to get one.

-- Anonymous, October 21, 2000

Looks like they came for a point...looks like they,re going to get one.

Correct that..looks like they,ll get all three. Bassads

Sugar when will we ever learn?

-- Anonymous, October 21, 2000

#$%^&@!@@#%$^^&&*&^(%#@@%$^^& :-/

-- Anonymous, October 21, 2000

Please can we play the rest of the season away from home? Fortress St. James' looks more like Santa's bag. Everyone gets a present.

-- Anonymous, October 21, 2000

Ok, once more and slowly for those whose English isn't yet up to scratch....

We're
.
supposed
.
win
.
at
.
home.

-- Anonymous, October 21, 2000

Why are we letting them have so much possession now? Hello?? Guys?? Game still on...we're only 1 down. WE CAN GET A GOAL AND A POINT!!!!

-- Anonymous, October 21, 2000

We can play another hour and won't score today

-- Anonymous, October 21, 2000

Unbelievable. We can't sell Charvet yet. His absence is probably not the only reason we lost today, but lacking a real right back can't have helped. I dunno, I'm not in a good mood right now.

-- Anonymous, October 21, 2000

Sounded like shite to me. We have to score goals at home. Simple as that, Thats two home losses to shite teams. Thats why we will end up half way in the league. We must beat these teams consistently and we can't. No excuses, Another game that should have been put away and wasn't.

-- Anonymous, October 21, 2000

Anyhoo..thanks for the company...I,m outta here...

-- Anonymous, October 21, 2000

Hmmph!!!! Is all I can say - see ya later folks. (:o(
