Adding Extra Fiber to Bread : LUSENET : FAQ : One Thread

I've been buying "light" breads at the supermarket, mainly because they are packed with fiber - much more than even so-called "wholegrain" or organic breads. I believe the ingredient added to increase fiber is some form of cellulose..... Does anyone know of a source for this sort of product for the home baker? (BTW, I did check the King Arthur Flour catalog and did not see it there)
