Listen mate...without us who else would you have to feel bitter towards....and yer use of adjectives and expletives would dry up :-)

-- Anonymous, October 18, 2000

If it wasn't you it would be someone else!

LR, that's "loyalest", not "loyalist". Unless Man United are IRA sympathisers or something. Anyway, if you have done well on the Worthless, how come you didn't sell all your tickets for Bradford at home?

-- Anonymous, October 18, 2000

Of course they're IRA.....10,000 tickets block booked for the Irish supporters club for EVERY match at Old Trafford....

Douggie...Ok..seeing as you picked up on my spelling error I'm gonna pick up on your political fuck-up. The Loyalists ain't the IRA I'm afraid. It's the other bunch you mean. I'd rather you didn't mention filth like that in the same arena as my club thank you very much.

Tell me..how many DID turn up for Bradford?

My point is that these tickets away to Watford are NOT on general sale and the ticket stubb offers NO feature....but we have fans still fighting for them..and these fans are not daytrippers with a chance of seeing their boys finally...these fans are long-time ST holders who can PROVE their loyalty i.e 7 cup tokens from last year:-)

C'ya Toon :-)

Actually, LR, you will find that certain sections of the IRA consider and call themselves "loyalist". What are you getting so sensitive about? Man United was inches away from being called Manchester Celtic and you DO have thousands of supporters from Northern AND Southern Ireland, some of whom may be IRA sympathisers. However, I have no wish for an argument about it, having no time for sectarian bollox at all. How are you, chuck, going to the game tonight?

PS. LR, you weren't in the FA Cup and got knocked out of the Worthington almost as soon as you entered it. Someone would have to have been going some to get 7 vouchers from Cup games last season.

-- Anonymous, October 18, 2000

I'm fine "chuck"... :-)..and yeah I'm there tonight. C'mon..let's get into a sectarian argument..I'm in one of those moods. BTW..where's yer Bradford figures?

FA Cup?..did I mention the FA Cup?..go count how many Champions League games we played at OT last season. Now THAT'S going some:-)

Hey..it would be great if NUFC kept their good run going....home and away. I'd seriously love it if it wasn't just us and Arsenal doing the biz...and it'd give me a good reason to come here and rip the...........well...you know what I mean :-)

Did you watch our match on Monday night LR? Bloody good weren't we?!

-- Anonymous, October 18, 2000

No no no no no....the seven tokens that they had to produce are the ticket stubs for the loyal away games last season at: Arsenal, Spurs, Chelsea, Wimbledon, West Ham, Watford and Southampton.

;0)

I just know the attendance was around 66000 mark for Bradford. Oh , I see - I can't believe you get qualifying tokens for attending Champions League matches. I mean only really loyal people would go to watch you playing Real Madrid and Fiorentina, wouldn't they?

-- Anonymous, October 18, 2000

Dougal..don't make me list the MASSIVE ist round Euro teams we faced...and yer right...66,000 for Bradford is crap ;-)

Looks like Silvestre has just f*@ked up again, big time!

Since when has "No" been an adjective and/or an expletive?

;-) 4.15am. Singapore time, ' woke up just in time to see PSV's equaliser!

LR, I see Fergie is moaning again:

"PSV don't have a game at the weekend," said the United boss. "We have Leeds United on Saturday morning and then travel on the Monday to Anderlecht. What does that tell you?" "European clubs laugh at the way we have this never ending cycle of fixtures in England," he said. "In contrast, the authorities in Holland and other countries try to help clubs playing in European competition by allowing postponements - something which is virtually impossible here because there are so few windows in our programme. "But I don't expect to see much change in my time. Is it really any wonder I ring the team changes from time to time?"

Much as I dislike the miserable, whinging get I admit to having some sympathy for him on this particular issue.
Of course, some may argue it's simply the price of success.

Douggie...I don't think that was a maon..I think he's just pointing out what is plainly obvious. It would not be this bad if the Champions league was restrudtured..i.e. dropping the 2 phase bollox...but we know this is the prelude to a Euro League....it nearly is now.

Smiler is right of course......if yer not in the CL ya don't have this problem :-)
