SAL early paint scheme

greenspun.com : LUSENET : ACL and SAL Railroads Historical Society : One Thread

I hope everyone has seen the photo of a builing on the Q&A page and asked why? This building is standing, as I write this, on CSX property in Tampa,FL. It is painted in the original Seaboard Air Line colors of buff or light tan with dark brown trim. Can someone tell me why? Also, this will show all who might want/need to know, how early SAL structures were painted.

Was this paint scheme used on all of SAL's freight and passenger stations? What about other trackside buildings? Thanks!
