There are two web sites I would recommend. The first is the Edgar Allan Poe Society of Baltimore site at: http://eapoe.org Be aware it is a large site with a wealth of information and includes much of his works as well as his personal correspondence.

The other is the Poe Decoder web site with numerous essays about his work. It can be found at http://poedecoder.com
