New Service (?) class

Bagi teman2 yang telah bekerja di kelas bisnis, tentu nya telah merasakan betapa sulit dan rumit nya melaksanakan 'meal service' di kelas bisnis. Dan bagi rekan2 yang telah atau pernah mengikuti 'work shop' juga tentu nya telah mengetahui bahwa akhir bulan ini akan dilaksanakan 'NEW SERVICE PREMIUM CLASS'. Kira-kira bisa berhasil dgn baik gak ya, dgn kondisi seperti sekarang ini, dimana 'NEW SERVICE BUSSINES CLASS' aja masih agak kucar-kacir.. Ada yg punya idea bagaimana work method yg baik di Premium class ? Dgn kondisi : menggunakan full tray set up yg dimulai dgn "hors d'oeuvre" kemudian memberi "main course" dgn mempergunakan "table trolley" dgn kata lain hampir sama dgn kelas bisnis yg dulu. Dan perlengkapan lainnya mempergunakan "melamin". Direncanakan : 2 org bekerja di "main deck" dan 3 org di "upper deck" Terima kasih.

Kalau memang mau ditambah orang, atas jadi tiga, bawah jadi 2, mungkin nggak akan jadi masalah dengan work methodenya...

Hi..Friend, don't panic we are alright...(ha...3x)why we must thinks for kocar-kacir, why not we think about "how to manage our job, and how to comunicate with our college and make goal for our team" You may divide the work, who prepare at galley, who to serve pax.The motoric good system is the chief galley. They must know how to prepare timing...and watching to recover if any problem in cabin. We hope our chief thinks about our COWADS, and give good Job desk,and give additional cabat to make success they program.

don't worry .....lah!!! f/a ga....mah canggih-canggih dengan segala keterbatasan selalu ada way out ...mau new service...??? old service..!!??? no problemo..!!!! maju teruusssss....yang penting pax happy.....we are happy...everybody happy...lah. tidak ada yang sulit....kecuali diri sendiri yang menciptakan kesulitan kesulitan tsb!!!!

Good.. this is what i need or like to hear. So be ready for all FSM1 and FSM2, cos you are working (on meal service) in the C/Cl (for FSM1) and Premium class (for FSM2). How ?? we'll see it when the time is coming for us to do it !
