TIRANA, Oct 16 (Reuters) - Miklos Temesvari, coach of Albanian champions SK Tirana, became the first casualty of his clampdown on unruly behaviour when he was two minutes late for a training session. So, the punctuality-obsessed Hungarian coach fined himself. Temesvari created these fines, already known in the Albanian soccer world as the "Temesvari Rules", because he was appalled by his players' lack of punctuality. The Sporti Shqiptar said Temesvari, whose late arrival was due to heavy traffic, had not even tried to offer an explanation for his delay. Instead the coach reached into his pocket and handed the unspecified fine over to footballer Ardian Mema.
