Does anyone Know if the case of Norgan v Cheltenham & Glouster will be valid in Scotlan

No, I don't know this, but what I do know is that Scotland has a very sensible Limitation of 5 years for all debt, apparently. Unlike the 6 - 12 years we have in England and Wales.
