Born July 3, 1947, in the same log cabin that Abraham Lincoln, Thomas Jefferson and John F. Kennedy were born in. Dave's parents were dirt farmers who were very poor because of the limited demand in those days for dirt. Dave, the oldest of 27 children, helped with the family finances by working four jobs while being hyperactive in the church, performing acts of charity and rescuing injured birds.

Education Attended public high school, where he won 175 varsity letters and was elected principal. Went on to graduate with highest honors from Harvard, Yale, Princeton, Oxford, Cambridge, the College of Cardinals and the James F. Prongmelt School of Motel Administration. Invented penicillin.

Business Career Founded General Motors. Also headed several major labor unions.

Criminal Record This was a simple misunderstanding.
