Checks are in the mail (finally) The Social Security checks, delivered each month by the United States Post Office, have arrived! Bennie Cox, Winchester postmaster, said the checks due in for delivery on Oct. 3 arrived at the Winchester Post Office early today and were delivered to the homes today.
