What is Edgar Allan Poe's longest poem?

Melissa,

I suppose it would have to be "Al Aaraaf" with some 400+ lines. It was first printed in 1829 and then again in "Poems" in 1831. This, of course, discounts Poe's prose poem "Eureka" which is not really a poem and his scenes from a "Politician" which is an unpublished drama.

Regards,

Al Aaraaf probably is the longest poem ever written by Poe. Poe used to write short stories because he couldn't stand finishing novels. If you have any further info on Al Aarraf please email me I desperately need help for an analysis of it.
