What is the meaning to Annabel Lee?

I've studied this poem before, and I think it has something to do with all the women in Poe's life dying. For example....: Eliza Poe, his mother, his foster mother died, his best friend's mom whom he loved died, and Virginia Clemm. So I think that it has something to describe the love of all the women that died in his life.

Annabel Lee is a poem that Poe wrote before he died. It is a poem about his lost love ,Virginia Clemm, whom he lost to tuberculosis.
