Narrow Gauge Lines in Midwestern Statesgreenspun.com : LUSENET : Shortline, Narrow Gauge and Industrial Railroading : One Thread |
I'm new to the study of Narrow Gauge. Looking for any and all advice. Thanks for TAPLINES! I'm interested in narrow gauge lines east of the Mississippi - starting with Wisconsin and Midwestern States (My turf). Thanks, Don

Don,Track down a copy of "American Narrow Gauge Railroads" by George W. Hilton. I bought mine at Barnes & Noble. It contains historical info about virtually every narrow gauge road ever in U.S. Information is arranged by state. I think you will find it very useful.
