BBSCL Div 1 & 2 Playoffs Leg 2

20 February 2000, Tranmere Rovers in Quarter Final of FA Cup, we won 3-2. Speed, Domi and Ferguson got us to Wembley for the Semi with Chelsea on an atrocious pitch complete with runup zones for Dave Challinor. Hardly a classic, and touch and go right to the last, but a deserved result.

My lads have now returned fully refreshed after their Autumn break in Peel. Any chance of a game?

Screacher's Creatures are currently in turmoil. With England on the look out for an older head, there are rumours that their manager is being eyed by the FA, (the only other contenders being Jonno, Clarky, Pit Bill and Buff, as foreigners like Fifties Fan, Phoenix and The Ghost of George Best have already been ruled out.)

However, Screacher has vowed to continue, although he would love it, just love it, if he could do anything to help his country. This does not include emigrating.

Am I the only one still interested in this?

My team have reached the play-off final and has it happened yet?

Do I win the free bag of crisps?

Sorry Gibbo, I'll try to finish this off tonight and make an announcement regarding a new season (if anybody's interested).

We're all interested Softie!!!

I think we've not been nagging you because of your changed circumstances.... speaking of which ..... maybe you should utilise Young Bobby Softie as the "random" number generator in the new BBSCL season.

I'm sure you could come up with a suitable algorithm.... no. mins after midnight of first scream .... viscosity of first nappy contents in the morning....

YBS seems to choose Number 2 all the time :-)
