coz a mate has just moved out there. He'll be there for a few weeks refurbishing his boat and then it'll be off doing charters for scuba diving with a mate.

Josh, I was there 4 hours ago, for the umpteenth (AND LAST!) time, unfortunately the place has been f***ed by greed. I suppose it's OK if you're at sea and, if you hadn't seen what a beautiful place it used to be; when I first went there (in 1983), there was only one hotel, now there's 3m. tourists a year :-((
