Be careful to buy this via junk mails. I have bought one 8050 DVD thru junk Email and they did not send me not thing. They are under name of E-commerce. I have tried to contact them but look like they are not a real business.

I hope you went to Paypal about them if they didn't send you anything. Paypal supposedly guarantees satisfaction.

Did you order by credit card on the 800 or 888 number they included in the e-mail? From what I understand that's a scam. You can order one from www.dvd8050.com or from www.gamedvdplayer.com and the order is secured through paypal. go to www.paypal.com before you order and set up an account with them.

If you ordered by credit card, have you contacted you credit card company for resolution? They can often help you recover your money and help you with a mail fraud case. Most often they just write off the charge and credit you (*Depends on your card company though*).

Any suggestion. Can a class action fraud suit be filed by us. Any Consumer Advocate out here who can help us?
