This also reflects on the fact that the captain is up front. No- reason why we can't have a defence leader like a pack leader in Rugby, meaning Shearer is still the captain but the man at the back would do all the shouting, organising etc and was a recognised voice of authority.

Bloody incredible - not only are virtually all our defenders out injured, but all of the defenders on our "buy list" are now also injured!!

BTW: I note Steve Howey was out injured last night and is doubtful for Saturday - Pistone, Maric, Ferguson, Howey, Ketsbaia, Robinson.
