Hello, I would be very grateful to know whether there is any programme, either for PC or Mac, for the production of hybrid VCDs (the disc can be played by an ordinary VCD player, and as a CD-Rom containing a set of multimedia programmes under windows).

THis is easy. Use Nero. After dragging your mpeg1 file into the left hand box, add anything you like into the root section of the VCD including directories. A PC will see all directories and play whatever is there. The first track on a VCD is an ordinary data track.
