It's Wor Kid Cordone, as that prat in the ronnie gill calls him.
-- Anonymous, September 26, 2000
What price Lua Lua starting in the League now?
-- Anonymous, September 26, 2000
With Cort out, think Cordone will be Shearer's Partner against City, with Gallacher getting the nod on the left wing.
-- Anonymous, September 26, 2000
If we carry on like this, the flippin tea-lady will be on in a couple of weeks time!!!!(:o{
-- Anonymous, September 26, 2000
Wasn`t it the general opinion that Cordone wasn`t happy out on the left?
-- Anonymous, September 26, 2000
ah Shit, the tea lady's just slipped on the wet grass delivering the half time tea to the lads. Looks like the mascots will have to be signed up.

-- Anonymous, September 26, 2000

-- Anonymous, September 26, 2000
Garcia West Hams loaneee shows great skill, pulling a ball back for Steve watts, who gets the equaliser. It's Half time and time to have a nice orange and cup of tea . I wonder if any of the lads sneak out for a quick fag in the loos?
-- Anonymous, September 26, 2000
Well Ciara, the way it looks at the moment, I reckon wor Bobby might just give you a run out!!! Rats, rats, rats!!!!! (:o(
-- Anonymous, September 26, 2000
Hi all, just joined the crew.Anyone know the team. These injuries are taking the piss now. Our training methods just don't make them strong enough!
Away goal but we have to get themorale up with a couple more goals. I hope Shearer scores because without a regular strike partner for a while it coulc get more barren.
-- Anonymous, September 26, 2000
Tony - come back!! It doesn`t matter if you`ve left your thingymjiggy on!! Nobody`s bothered really!!!! (:o)
-- Anonymous, September 26, 2000
There's a lass with a bikini walking around the perimiter of the ground with a large board with a number two on it. That's strange, wonder where they got that idea from?
-- Anonymous, September 26, 2000

Ciara, are you right or left footed?Rik, I played what I thought was my last game on sunday. I played up front and scored with a volley and I do not need a work permit.
All I need is the air ticket and of course permission from Mrs gus. No wages required and I will give 100%
-- Anonymous, September 26, 2000
Yes GalI know the feeling
-- Anonymous, September 26, 2000

BTW how is Domi playing?
-- Anonymous, September 26, 2000
Is Garcia a small black lad?
-- Anonymous, September 26, 2000
More right, I think. At least that's my stronger foot when practicing pk's in Soccer Celebration this past season. Mind, I only managed to hit the net from about 5yds out, so I'll really only be able to hang up front to grab the tap-ins. Will have to leave the longer shots to others. On the upside, I never once put a ball over the net. ;-)
-- Anonymous, September 26, 2000
Eurosport 2 , only available on NTL cable. You can chose any of 4 games on sub channels at #8. We can watch Sundeland Newcastle , Boro or Man city in our area.
-- Anonymous, September 26, 2000
I may be wrong - but I reckon he`s winding you up DeBuilder! Apologies in advance if I am wrong!!(:o)
-- Anonymous, September 26, 2000
Galaxy ....you're bared.....
-- Anonymous, September 26, 2000

-- Anonymous, September 26, 2000
I know we are winning - but why doesn`t it feel as though we are?And they seem to be out to injure our goalie!!! (:o(
-- Anonymous, September 26, 2000
Go on Shay lad chuffing ave him!!Seriously, we have any number of defenders out, half a midfield, a goalkeeper (maybe another, stick in there Shay) and Cort out. Can we really expect them all to be jumping in and injuring themselves?
-- Anonymous, September 26, 2000
Gallacher's off, Nobbs out, Karelse is warming up Given's FU**ED, looks like he'll be out for a month.
-- Anonymous, September 26, 2000

-- Anonymous, September 26, 2000
The lads done well. Didn't have to try to hard really. Did exactly what was needed. No sweat. No point in busting a gut and getting injured ;-))
-- Anonymous, September 26, 2000
So our winless streak in London continues. Oh well, at least we're through to the next round.
-- Anonymous, September 26, 2000

-- Anonymous, September 26, 2000
1-1, gus. Barca 2-0 AC Milan, Leeds 6-Besiktas, PSV 3-1 MoanU.
-- Anonymous, September 26, 2000
GusLeeds won 6-0 - we drew 1-1
Does anybody know who we play next as the draw has already been made right through hasn't it ?
-- Anonymous, September 26, 2000
So who do we play? First leg home or away
-- Anonymous, September 26, 2000
A full strength side earns a draw against third division opposition Cort crocked again - hamstrings are a problem so see you at Christmas Carl No money - despite full houses for 5 years due to wasted and bizzare purchases - with both pre season big signings knackered. What confidence from this result? From me nowt
-- Anonymous, September 26, 2000
A game @ City - who've got an injury crisis of their own I think and then a rest while England muck about. The Manager of the Month trophy is a jinx. October will be OK.
We're no worse off than last season up front + Cordone + LuLu +a year older Gavilan +Ameobi & Coppinger have played now. (Remmebr Kets was alost cause we all sort of loved & Ferguson was always injured)
The C/Halfs are a bit thin due to injury but Hughes is a revelation. Griffin is fit now but Dolly is out. Goma should be OK by the next match I think.
Bobby Lee is back so if he can keep going with Speed the midfield is sorted.
Bassedas can't be far off - he was jogging last week.
Think positive not negative.
-- Anonymous, September 26, 2000
Sly TV said the draw would be live at 18:00 on Thursday. We'll get Liverpool.
-- Anonymous, September 26, 2000
London side away. Soton away or Liverpool away. Or the Makems.
-- Anonymous, September 26, 2000
gOOD POSITIVE THINKING THAT MIND dOUGAL .. hOWAY did noone else think last night was hilarious . I thoroughly enjoyed meself .. we were on a hiding to nothing really . I porsonally thought Charvet and Hughesy played well , and Dyer shouldve been taken off because he was carrying an injury . Nowt to worry about though the lads looked ok in patches and sh1te in others , cant be arsed to elaborate at the moment , but last night was strangely reminiscent of seasons gone by in the old second division and i for one enjoyed it : - ))
