Here is a pic I took last Thanksgiving of Tom, my wife's father.

This is my first post to the People forum, but I have been reading for quite some time. I apologize in advance if the picture is of poor quality, it is on a Kodak CD (in wonderful quality but too big for posting on a web page).

As for technical details; Nikon FE2, 85 1.8, on his front porch overlooking beautiful Lake Tawakoni, TX as the sun sets. Film was probably NPH since the only other color film I had with me that day was Reala and I don't think this looks like Reala. I need to keep notes.

As a sad footnote, Lady (the dog) recently passed away. They were quite a team.

This is a very warm-feeling photograph. Coming from the heart, this photograph reminds me very much of the Pickles comic strip, which I think is very heartwarming. So sorry about the pooch... I hate it when a pet dies.
