I coach at the Junior level at a school in Zimbabwe. I have 30 boys rowing and places for 23 boys in a variety of boats (I have cut the number from 80) I am the only coach and I see the boys on the water twice a week for arrox. 1 and a half hours. Any idea how I can even begin to train these boys without wasting both mine and their time? We are working towards going to a South African regatta in March 2001.
