Here is my question: What agencies have purchased and are implementing (or have implemented): h a web-based, electronic documents management system (EDMS)? h a web-based, electronic records management system (ERMS)? h a web-based, electronic recordkeeping system (ERKS)? h a web-based, electronic workflow of any business process involving submittals of data and documents from external (e.g., regulated)entities.
