...with a drunken sailor?

If he's Russian, I take him to Chi-Chis and let him buy margaritas for me.

My best friend and I had these sailors trying to pick us up when we were 17. They tried plying us with liquor at a Chi-Chi's and asked us what we liked to do for fun. With very obvious hand signals, I crossed my hands over my pelvic region and told them that we were virgins and saving ourselves for our arranged marriages.

I think they got the hint.

Do drunken Dutch midshipmen in St. Maarten count? Because I took them to Cheri's for drinks and dancing. We formed a conga line that wound around the whole bar. Damn, those guys were good looking.

If I had to deal with drunken American midshipmen again, I would probably kick them in the balls and tell them that, in fact, they were NOT all that and a bag of chips like the girls from Annapolis tell them.

Tell her that if she doesn't knock it off with the booze she is in serious danger of loosing her marriage and her kid. At least that's what they did with me. And I must say I am still kicking ass racing sailboats, even thought now I am a sober sailor. My new theme song:

"What do you do with a sober sailor? What do you do with a sober sailor?..."

Drunks in general annoy me. So, um, I'd avoid him/her.

I'd send them over to Nicole and let her deal with them.

You say "Helloooooo, sailor!"

I actually said that once. I am a bit embarrassed about it now, but hey! I was told he was in the Royal Navy!

He was drunk though.

Oh geez...my best friend & I used to go over to Alameda, near the navy base, on the 1st & 15th & talk dirty to the drunken sailors and then pickpocket them.

Yes I have repented.

I've never really met a sailor, drunk or otherwise. My husband's cousin married a guy who was a nurse in the navy, but he wasn't in for long and he never drinks.

I think Tania's boyfriend was in the Navy, but I've never seen him drunk.

So I'll just say, "Kick him in the head until he's sober, early in the morning."
