Greatweb site -

I have taken advise to question the marketing of the property reposessed, but have been told that this is not available twice stating that the lender has a duty to keep write offs down to a minimum. That doesnt make sense - they havent written off anything - yet. However I did get a statement of completion with estate agents fees in excess of 5%. Should I now try and get insurance payout details or the rest of the completion details? It appears that they are getting a bit fed up!

In the absence of information about how the property was marketed and sold, you cannot verify the debt and therefore help satisfy this lender's shortfall.

As strongly recommended elsewhere on this site, the next step is to serve a DPA SAR notice on the lender.
