I have purchased stuff from lik-seng. Most of their gear are low quality. A friend of mine purchased a Shinco dvd 950 player from them and it was crap ! the player arrived NON FUNCTIONAL. Lik-seng claimed it was due to mishandling by the courier service but that is bulls**t. Now she is out of her money and stuck with a player that did not even play in the first place much less a chance to test it out at least once. Lik-Seng refused to have her return it or have it replaced. They told her to take it to a local technician to have it repaired.

man dont buy the napa 311 !i just took mine back to the store cause it was absolute garbage. horrible hiss during mp3 playback and the vcd quality was unwatchable. all jumpy shit. the guy told me that about 3 out of 5 come back and are then sent to the manufacturer to be refurbished and resold as new.

Bought the Napa 311 as well. VideoCD's tend to skip, this gets really annoying after a while. I haven't tried playing any MP3-formatted CD's but it works fine as a portable cd player for audio cd's. The casing is not very solid though and after 6 months I couldn't even close the player again. I have to put a heavy opbject on the lid whilst playing to prevent it from opening!
